1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Seeds, Crop Protection chemicals, and Crop Nutrition products once opened cannot be returned due to safety and quality reasons.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used Seeds

• Opened Crop Protection products

• Opened Crop Nutrition products

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

• Products purchased under clearance sale or special discounts

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will:

• Approve or reject your refund request based on the product condition

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer/wallet, depending on the mode used during purchase.

4. Replacement Policy

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer:

• Free replacement of the same item

• Or full refund if the item is out of stock

Share a clear video/photo of the unboxing or damaged product when requesting a replacement.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only if:

• It has not been shipped yet

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed; you may request a return after delivery (if eligible)
