You may request a return if:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Seeds, Crop Protection chemicals, and Crop Nutrition products once opened cannot be returned due to safety and quality reasons.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used Seeds
Opened Crop Protection products
Opened Crop Nutrition products
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Products purchased under clearance sale or special discounts
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will:
Approve or reject your refund request based on the product condition
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer/wallet, depending on the mode used during purchase.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer:
Free replacement of the same item
Or full refund if the item is out of stock
Share a clear video/photo of the unboxing or damaged product when requesting a replacement.
You can cancel your order only if:
It has not been shipped yet
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed; you may request a return after delivery (if eligible)
